Nothing to improve, DR I. Postma was BRILLIANT just keep up your good work.
Doctor's like you, AS WELL AS the Doc who first assessed me in Urgent care) and the two in A&E ( who recommended a transfer to Queen's and the one who attached the cannula) are all an asset to the NHS .
Sincere apologies, I cannot recall all the names .
Whilst this doctor did not see my mum directly I witnessed him taking the time to reach junior members of staff despite the extreme pressure the department was under. Making sure they understood what and why they were undertaking a specific task/test rather than a just yes no I have seen from others. I also noted him trying to educate those at the end of a phone call as to why ED is not always the best place for a patient not that I think he was having much luck as it appeared they were not listening. He clearly cares and is passionate about his role. I witnessed him speaking with courteously and compassionately to patients and colleagues.
The best doctor
True gentleman
Very knowledgeable and has a calm and reassuring manner about him. Also went to great lengths to explain in lay terms what the ct scans revealed.
Carries himself with great professionalism and a caring attitude.
